Device and Advertising IDs We collect and process Advertising IDs (such as Google Advertising ID, Apple IDFA, or Amazon Advertising ID) and other device identifiers to provide personalized advertising, prevent fraud, and analyze user behavior.

Technical Data We may collect technical information including your IP address, device model, operating system, and mobile network information to ensure the app functions correctly across different platforms (Android, iOS, and Web). We may also collect app usage and device information through analytics tools (such as Google Firebase) and, when the Services are accessed through the Toss platform, through the Toss SDK.

In general, we use your information to operate, maintain, and provide you the features and functionality of the Services. The uses of your information include, but are not limited to, the following:

3.Third-Party Advertising & Analytics Partners

We work with several third-party advertising and analytics partners depending on the platform you use to access our Services. These partners may collect or receive information about you through SDKs or APIs to provide personalized ads, measure performance, and analyze usage.

[For Android & iOS Users] We use Google AdMob and Appodeal to manage our advertising.

[For Toss / Apps-in-Toss Users] When you access our Services through Toss (Apps-in-Toss), the Toss SDK provided by Viva Republica may collect device and usage information necessary to run the mini-app on the platform.

4.Service Providers & Third-Party Disclosure

To operate our Services, we entrust the processing of certain data to the following providers, each only for the purpose described. They are contractually obligated to protect your information and not to use it for any other purpose.

We will also disclose information about you to government or law enforcement officials if we believe it is necessary to respond to legal processes or to protect the property and rights of The JoyPlus Soft.

5.Data Retention

We retain your personal information until your account is deleted or for the period required by applicable law, whichever comes first. Advertising identifiers are handled according to the policies of the relevant advertising partners. Where a statutory retention obligation applies (for example, records related to electronic commerce or payment under the laws of the Republic of Korea), we retain the relevant items for the period required by that law, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

You can change or delete your Personal Data any time you want. If you wish to do so, please contact us at support@thejoyplus.com. However, please note that once your data is erased, items such as game progress, virtual goods, and currency cannot be restored.

7.Cookies

Like many websites, we use “cookies” to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your device for record-keeping purposes. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. A cookie in no way gives us access to your device or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us. Our Services may contain links to other websites or banner ads. Clicking on these may direct you to a third party's website. We do not exercise control over third-party websites and their privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any other website you visit.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. You transmit information to us at your own risk.

10.Our Policy Toward Children

Our Services are not directed to children. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. In addition, under the personal information laws of the Republic of Korea, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 years of age without the consent of a legal guardian. If we discover that such information has been collected, we will delete it as soon as possible.

International data transfers Your data may be stored on servers located in the Republic of Korea (AWS Seoul region). Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such international transfers.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Sharing advertising identifiers with our advertising partners for personalized advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California law. You have the right to opt out — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information — by contacting us at admin@thejoyplus.com, or by using the ad-tracking / advertising ID controls in your device settings. If we have actual knowledge that a consumer is at least 13 but under 16 years of age, we will not sell or share their personal information without their affirmative opt-in consent.

We have designated a Data Protection Officer responsible for overseeing our handling of personal information.
